David Elkin is managing director and founding partner of GreenWorld Capital, LLC, a merchant bank focusing on the financial and strategic needs of companies in the cleantech industry.  GreenWorld has a strategic partnership with Mufson Howe Hunter.  In addition to founding GreenWorld, he has over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in creating, building and operating businesses in several industries, including cable television, digital media, wireless communication and money management.  Mr. Elkin has extensive experience in business development, M&A and debt and equity financing.  He began his career as a tax attorney in Miami, Florida, and remains an active member of the Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida Bar Associations.

Mr. Elkin received a B.S.B.A. from Boston University, J.D. from University of Miami and LLM in Taxation from University of Miami.
