Mufson Howe Hunter & Company is pleased to announce the sale of Omni Baking Company LLC to T. Marzetti Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corporation (Nasdaq:LANC), for a purchase price of $25 million.

Omni Baking Company is a contract bakery founded in 1996. The Company produces fresh, frozen baked or par-baked bread and roll products for a variety of customers. Omni Baking Company, based in Vineland, NJ, has been a long-term supplier of Lancaster Colony.

Mufson Howe Hunter acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Omni Baking Company. This engagement underscores MHH’s commitment to partnering with leading consumer products companies
