Founded in 1922 and headquartered in Scranton, PA, the Company is an integrated, value-added business-to-business distributor of facilities supplies, janitorial and sanitation equipment and supplies, industrial packaging solutions and related equipment / safety products to the commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare end markets.

Mufson Howe Hunter served as the exclusive financial advisor to PA Paper for the transaction.  This engagement underscores MHH’s commitment to partnering with leading manufacturing and distribution companies.
